How I think: My approach

Making sense of complexity with clarity and care.

I’m a multidisciplinary researcher and strategist with a portfolio-style career that spans data, design, and systems thinking. I specialise in turning messy questions into clear insights — and clear insights into practical action.

My work is grounded in a flexible portfolio of methods — from systems mapping and user interviews to Python scripting and AI-assisted analysis. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Instead, I draw on the right mix of tools and thinking models for each challenge.

Each of the skills below is applied iteratively, often in combination, and supported by a small team of AI assistants who handle repetitive tasks — freeing me to focus on high-value thinking and creative problem-solving.

Research & Sensemaking

Understanding systems, people, and patterns.

Whether it's exploring the future of flexible work or mapping the risks of climate retrofit, I bring qualitative depth and analytical rigour to every project. My methods range from expert interviews and user research to systems mapping and desk research.
